Ask for a course and get the whole course
The assistant writes a full course section by section rather than sketching an outline and stopping, and it keeps its place across replies.

An outline is not a course
Asking for training used to get you a structure and a promise. Somebody still had to write every section, which is the part that does not happen, so the course sat as a skeleton nobody could assign.
Written in full, then shown once
It lays out the structure first, writes each stage in full, and shows you the finished course as a single proposal to approve. A long one takes several replies and it picks up exactly where it stopped, including when you come back later and say keep going.
The panel shows how far it has got while it works, so a long run is something you can watch rather than a row of chips scrolling past.
Nothing is written into your handbook until you approve it, and a change to a published course keeps learner progress and can be undone.

Everything on this page started with somebody saying something was awkward. Questions count, and so does telling us a thing is harder than it should be.
