Adding what a list is missing
When the supplier, item, unit, location, checklist or container you need is not set up yet, the list you are picking from now offers to add it.

What was wrong
Most lists in the app could only choose something that already existed. A supplier, an item or a location that was not set up yet meant leaving what you were doing to make it, and coming back to start again.
Lists that add what you type
Type a name a list does not have and it offers to add it: New supplier when recording an invoice, an item's suppliers or a price on the shopping list, New item on the shopping list and in the Waste Log, and New checklist in a guide.
A list you open from the field ends with New location, New unit or New container. Locations are offered on invoices, on the shopping list and when adding several items, a unit in the inventory check, and a container to weigh waste in on the Waste Log.
Owners and admins see these, since they are the ones who set things up.
Recipes and courses
A recipe or a course is too much to write in a small window over something else. A menu item with no recipe yet is saved and opens Recipes with one started from its name and sizes. Once that recipe is saved, the menu item is made from it.
A training step is saved and opens the assistant with a request to build its course from the step's documents. Nothing is made until you approve what the assistant proposes.
